For agricultural consultants

The succession work you already do, finally in one system

You've been doing pieces of this for years — the conversations at the kitchen table, the notes, the follow-ups nobody else was going to chase. Succession Navigator doesn't introduce something new to you. It centralises and professionalises what you already do.

See the product, how it fits your practice, and how it could work for your clients. No obligation.

The starting point

You already have the ideal clients

You already have the perfect clients in your portfolio—families who will need succession planning. With this service, you’re simply unlocking deeper value for them and for you.

Nobody is asking you to go and find new clients. They’re in your book already, and most of them have never been offered a structured way to work through this.

The honest objection

I know my way of doing things. Will this disrupt my flow? Will AI complicate what I do?

This doesn't replace your expertise — it enhances it. It fits smoothly into your process, giving you more time and less hassle while keeping you in full control.

The conversation stays yours. You ask what you were always going to ask, in whatever order suits the family in front of you. What changes is what happens to that conversation afterwards: it's transcribed, structured and connected to the case rather than living in your notebook and your memory.

The screens you'll actually work in

Murray transcribed stakeholder meeting screen in Succession Navigator — Preserve stakeholder conversations as part of the family record. Illustrative demonstration data.

Preserve stakeholder conversations as part of the family record

A transcribed stakeholder meeting gives the adviser a durable record of an individual family member's perspective. The conversation can be reviewed alongside the wider family evidence instead of being reduced to a few remembered notes. This supports more inclusive planning and makes it easier to compare perspectives carefully and fairly.

Confirmed family map screen in Succession Navigator — Convert confirmed meeting evidence into a useful family structure. Illustrative demonstration data.

Convert confirmed meeting evidence into a useful family structure

Once the facilitator approves the people and relationships identified in conversation, Succession Navigator turns that confirmed evidence into a structured family view. The process is visible, controlled and easy to understand, so advisers can move from spoken context to practical planning information without losing the human review that gives the record its meaning.

Illustrative example using the built-in Murray family demonstration case. Not a real client.

The commercial case

Keep charging what you charge. Do it faster and better.

This isn't a fee justification — you already command your rate. It's a profit and efficiency enhancer: less admin, faster turnaround, higher-quality output, and an audit trail and time tracking that replace scattered documents and spreadsheets.

The back end is where you'll feel it most. Assets, entities, liabilities, documents, meeting records and family positions all live in one connected system instead of across a dozen files.

Grow the book, too

Practices that join as partners can receive referred work as well as send it. It's a real, active arrangement — a cross-referral relationship between partner practices that already operates today.

It's a programme you opt into and we coordinate, not a self-service directory. There's no “browse other partners” feature on this site to point you at.

This is the part that's genuinely hard, and it's solved

Getting the next generation's input is the single hardest part of delivering succession work. People don't respond. Nobody wants to send a clunky survey to a family they've known for twenty years. So the kids' actual views end up assumed rather than asked.

Succession Navigator generates tailored, person-specific questions for the individual family member — built from what's actually been said in the meetings, not a generic form. They get their own scoped login and answer in their own time, from anywhere. Their answers feed straight back into the case, and the platform flags where they contradict what the parents assumed.

Parents still lead the process and make the decisions. The children help shape the plan; they don't control it.

What multi-tenant actually means for you

Your consultancy gets its own branded console with its own client roster and its own staff. Every client family is a separate file inside it, and one family's information can never surface in another's. If you have staff, you decide who is assigned to which clients and what they can see — Practice Admin, Adviser, Contributor or read-only.

In practice it means you run your whole book from one place, and nothing about one client leaks into another.

Getting started

We don't leave you to figure this out alone

Practice setup and orientation, help identifying likely clients from your existing base, staff training, and hands-on support through your first client engagement.

Deliver it yourself, with support

We stay involved through your first few live engagements, not just the setup. Training is flexible — online sessions through to in-person staff training — and most practices are up and running within a few hours.

Or refer the client to us

Prefer not to deliver it yourself? Refer the client through, we handle delivery, and you keep a share of the revenue while staying connected to the outcome. It's a genuine option, not a consolation prize.

See it running against a real family case

Thirty minutes, on a call, with the product open. We'll walk through what delivering this would actually look like in your practice.
